KINGSTON, Jamaica — OBSERVER ONLINE has learnt that People's National Party (PNP) councillor for the Greenwich Town division in South West St Andrew, Karl Blake, has been shot.The shooting, which is reported to have happened around 8:00pm,  took place at the constituency office.
